The challenge
Festival submissions involve many shifting dates, eligibility requirements, materials, costs, and strategic tradeoffs that can become hard to track.
My role
I organized the research structure, defined the prioritization criteria, and built the submission tracker for planning and execution.
What I built
A festival research and submission tracker with deadlines, premiere rules, materials, fees, decision status, and priority notes.
Process
I collected requirements, grouped festivals by strategy, created decision fields, and built a tracker that supported both planning and live submission work.
