CHALLENGE

Operational information was fragmented across disconnected spreadsheets maintained by different departments. Duplicate files, inconsistent updates, and manual processes created inefficiencies and reduced visibility across the organization.

SOLUTION

Designed a relational Airtable platform where every title became a centralized operational record. Department-specific workflows remained independent while sharing the same underlying data.

MY ROLE

Designed the platform architecture, built the relational database structure, standardized title metadata, and connected legal, finance, accounting, and delivery workflows.

IMPACT

400+ titles managed, 5 departments unified, and one shared operational platform for cross-functional title management.
